Kathleen,

Even though I have suggested reading Wurman's book, this does not mean
that I endorse it
(i.e.,"Healthcare communication" is far away from being my area of expertise).
Quite the contrary, this book, in some passages, is somehow
paradoxically unclear and visually cluttered.
Critics suggests that Wurman's books "suffers from some of its own
criticism" (http://www.nathan.com/resources/index.html).

Jose'.
