The smart consultant helps the client create a brief that defines needs for exactly what the consultant would give the client anyway.

Along the lines of "if you have a hammer, all problems look like a nail," or:

"To address the client's security needs, we will implement a highly advanced ferrous attachment system utilizing state-of-the-art digitally operated ballistic impeller devices."
