Hi Alan

What you are implying here is a bespoke system, not something using an  
existing CMS. That is a whole different type of development process.

If you are using an existing CMS system, no matter which one it is,  
the database tables and interactions are already in place. There is no  
development work there, and surly that is the point. You don't have to  
reinvent the wheel everytime.
